What jobs are eliminated, or has the take the assessment? I’m not looking for opinions, I’m looking for facts. Only thing I know is my job is still under review.

Trust no one , they will lie to you to the bitter end, particularly in the NE region.
I am in ldu and so far I have not been told I am taking the assessment nor have I heard of anyone else taking it...if that changes I will post it here. It was my understand that past performance reviews are also being used and I know I am expected or better than expected in all areas.

we can all give our opinions of what postion adds no value, but we aren't the one's making the decision.
If it was up to me, the reviewers who mark you off on a claim because you don't send a closing letter add no value.. but it's not up to me.
If your a Team Lead you are gone - they add no value is what I have been told. I guess I will be looking too for a new position
