Employee Safety

How about we discuss that in the northeast, the 2 stores are not complying to the 1 to 1 ratio....so managers are more concerned about RIS than employee safety

Its a serious situation in the stores, I can only imagine the micromanaging of the kpis coming down from the stay at home DM.The stores are on guarantee can you imagine when the new commission compensation roles out in a month or 2 if they are acting like this now it will be ten times worse. Also, most of the management team are first time managers with no retail management background or personnel expertise or experience, they are flying by the seat of their pants. Some become good retail managers, sorry to say most don't. Its a very bad situation, so bad a rep who becomes frustrated and ostracized can cause an issue for them. Be safe

Jesus christ what the hell is wrong with these store managers?? Im hearing stories from friends that are deployed that managers are more concerned about RIS, are you serious? If your a manager and have no concern for your reps health and safety than you are a complete scumbag !! You shouldn't be a manager , your prob a cookie cutter corporate kiss a–, you really need to look yourself in the mirror and question yourself as a person!!

Its not the company's fault , there is a disconnect between what corporate wants and what the regional and district managers want. The sad part is no one has the sack to speak up , the reps don't say anything , the managers (sm and gm) Don't have a mind for themselves , they only are “yes men” , they only do what the DM tells them

Its sad, seriously sad that we are still in a pandemic and this company is relying on RIS surveys, these shouldn't even be a thing until this os over. And its also sad that you are claiming its all about the employees and what the reps think, well why don't come out with a pulse survey that asks about safety? We know why!! And the company knows that they will get bashed in that survey so they release a survey about touch less retail, grow a set and push out the safety pulse survey

Agree. Close the stores. Forever. Liability insurance costs for retail stores has skyrocketed past profitability anyways.

The stores are run by micromanaging individuals who think a kudo from the stay at home GM might get them somewhere. The constant mantra thats it BAU and every 5 minutes telling us the ard ratio! THIS with yellow hazard tape up,very few phones on display, no 6 foot distancing, spraying an unknown liquid from a spray bottle were customers were standing, not recommending digital sales like before , so BAU ! Executive director of nj had conference call on Thursday! When asked questions from employees he couldn't answer most of the questions also he kept talking the " new normal " of retail and tech coach? Non of his store managers do this! The stores are not safe cell phone are not a 6 foot business. Lastly all store managers should be sent to training right away
and get on 1 page because its becoming a hostile work environment,.the store is on guarantee commissions now can you imagine how the will act when commissions co

Stores in Houston Texas requiring reps to work 5 days a week Next week. National hotspot, yet requiring all reps in store. 2-3 days a week doing salesforce calls all day to ask about my Verizon app, other 2/3 days helping customers. Already at 10 people with police officer....without customers that come in the stores in groups. What CDC guidelines. Told to shut up by Director and DM

@weg+15SWdDIX Escalate it up the leadership chain ? Are you kidding me? If that isn’t putting a target on your back then I don’t know what is. Leadership comes on here and reads everything. This place is better then any pulse survey they will ever get. Whomever posted that it’s two stores not in compliance in the Northeast just mention the stores on here.....if not at least the name of the city they are in. Trust me it will get corrected.

Complaining about it on the layoff isn't going to do anything you need to escalate that up leadership chain
