Recruiting is still under review
Any details on severance package being offered?
Does anyone else find it very convenient that we won't be told if we being let go till the end of the summer? I know in Auto claims that is the busy time of the year so very convenient they will be danging a carrot in front of us till then.
What kind of assessment was it for those who received it?
They said assessments would be going out on July 15th and you should be receiving email on July 14th. I don't think the assessment can keep the demographics where they need to be. We shall see.
If you think this is a mess you were not part of the adjuster RIF 2 years ago, now that was handled so poorly. No communication, email received mid morning and conference call telling you that you are being let go early afternoon. No warning and HR was overwhelmed and useless.
Judging by the email that Eric Brandt,w chief claims officer, it sounds like the assessment has been scratched and that our leaders will let us know our fate in 2 to 3 wks. Maybe I misunderstood, but it sounded that way. Regardless, the sooner the better.
The assessment probably are not legal and definitely not ethical you can do an assessment prior to hire it’ll tell you if they’re a good fit for doing an assessment now seeing someone isn’t a good fit contradict with the PDS is her saying you know whether someone’s a good fit to work do you have the PDF history to show itAnother thing they made us sign that stupid document that we were not to sue Allstate but everyone had to sign into rescue were told to sign it or you would lose your job I do hear Morgan and Morgan will represent a class action lawsuit against Allstate if you get cut I would not hesitate to join that suit
Can you please validate if you are in claims and received a notice of assessment ? If so what dept and role
I was wondering the same about the assessment.. But, it was also a lot of news about no news.
Maybe second thoughts about reducing reps since claim counts seem to be up hugely?
So based on the most recent “transparency” email, are we to assume the assessment has been scratched all together now?
What’s the latest update with the assessment? What departments got them?
Areas in claims have gotten assessments today. But hearing through leaders that a legal hold has been put into place in terms of if they represent a fair process?
How did you receive the assessment? Just an email, or were you told by your manager first?
You've received one? what department?
On legal hold? I have received mine.
What does a legal hold ential in this situation?
On legal hold
On a legal hold as in they may not be ethical or legal to use as a way to make layoff decisions?
If you had any faith in leadership before this played out, it should be gone now..
Scheduling meetings just to cancel them..
Can’t decide how they want this to play out...
Now there is talk that the assessments may be on a legal hold.
Who is running this lay-off procedure?
It is unorganized, overly long and has done nothing but excite, anger and scare those who are the face of the company to the outside and customers...
This is leadership?????
I was told that the assessment is on hold. Although they still need to let us know by the end of August whether or not we have a job.
This is such a mess. I didn't think it was possible for a situation to be handled so poorly.
Another rumor . Tuesday most likely
The leaders call with HO was cancelled Thursday. It’s understood no communication Friday. Stay tuned.
I wonder how this will be announced.
What time will this be announced?
What about recruiting, seem to still be on a holding/review status. Any of know anything?
