The speculation on this site is more redundant and mind boggling than our perception of some of the decisions we've seen made. I come here looking for actual insight and knowledge. If you feel the need to spout off your opinion, which we've already heard from several other people before you decided to join the chorus, why don't you take it to Facebook where that seems to be so popular. This "hear me, hear me" culture is so childish and before you think I've infringed on your first amendment rights, go reread it, if I haven't arrested you I can still tell you to put a sock in it. If you left WS and are happy, good, we've heard you again and again. If you are still at WS and want to make things better, good, we should all be making things better where we are. If you get your feelings hurt by this and feel the need to voice your opinion, you're part of the problem.

But if you will get the dreaded IM “ hey I need you on this call” yiur toast. And here’s the deal perhaps when they do get around to your e number the packages won’t be quite as good as the earlier folks.
Have you noticed that more and more management at Windstream have
less educational achievement than the people they manage? Is this being done on purpose?
There is no I in TEAM. If leadership understood this then Windstream could thrive. But when 99.99999% of the employees get the shaft while the LR5 get the gold the will to give a c-ap dies.

Your not going to get information about layoffs no manager at Windstream is previllage enough for this information until the hammer comes down. So this site is mostly speculation and frustrated current and former employees. If you don't like what people have to say, kept it to yourself and click off jacka$$.
