RIF - update in PR

Seriously I need information on timeline for PR RIF, it have been a 3 weeks period waiting and it is affecting my emotional health.

Is it cancelled? When is it going to happen? Any idea on how many RIFs or percentage?

I really appreciate any info I have been dealing with anxiety /depression.

Corporate loves PR. You folks are relatively safe vs mainland US.

Having you on the fence and emotional is the whole point. It’s the very encouragement they are trying to give you to move on from Hon. If you leave voluntarily, that’s one less mouth to feed or RIF later.

If you have not heard anything within a week than you won't hear anything. They will keep you waiting and it will cause you to loose your mind. The sooner you come to terms with the fact that no one cares about you emotional health or if you jump off a bridge or not the better you might feel. You got to be there for yourself and focus on yourself and not expect anyone at this company to truly care about you. People are not nice despite what some individuals would like to think, say, and try to convince you of. People are cruel and only think of thems6when it comes down to it. Obviously when I say "people" it is very general and there are a very select few that spend there life putting others before them selves and being truly nice and truly caring about others feelings and mental health, but these people are very few and far between and usually lead a terribly depressing life themselves because others take advantage of them because they are nice and they usually dont move to far up the corporate ladder because they dont have the grit to do the job of a corporate individual. In order to be a supervisor or manager or corporate exec you have to have no soul and be willing to drop infants off of the roof and club baby seals in order to get into a position of power in a major corporation.

Bottom line is no one at HON cares about any of us and we need to just look out for ourselves!

Good luck with your anxiety/ depression I truly hope you get relief soon because I to share your anxiety/ depression and I know how bad it can make you feel and how much it can affect your life.

Cancelled? Ha! Layoffs are never cancelled at HON.

Hang in there. Look into jobs at nearby Lufthansa Technik or P&W now so you're ready to hit the ground running if you're selected.

Be ready to exit at the drop of a hat. Only a lunch pal and note pad to grab. Also prepare your personal life the best you can for being let go. There are a ton of employed people out there right now hungry for work, it worse than what the news is saying.

Honeywell contributes half the 401 matching to PR than on the mainland. They pay you less and no severance package in PR.

Honeywell doesn't care about your emotional health. They will release as much or as little information as early or as late as suits them.
