I gave my notice on MLK Day in 2002. It was after a giant RIF and I was given 4 desks to work. Many well respected coworkers were unceremoniously walked to the door. I couldn't give my life to a company that treated people like that. Here we are 18 years later. My friends that stayed are now Directors or higher. I went to nursing school and raised a family. I regret the money I missed out on but I don't miss the stress and will be forever grateful that I was able to be home with my kids when they were little. Good luck to you all. Follow your dreams...

Honeywell was a shackle that restricted growth no matter your talent. The managers in Honeywell now have no clue. I am ecstatic I am finally out of that company and have already picked up a job requiring no stress and more money.

Welcome to the club. Collecting my severance this week and already started in a new job. Even have another job offer. My site is being torn down while they leave a successful constant revenue generating business more and more to Honeywell's competitors...
