Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

The most popular UP lay-off thread ever is about demoted executives.

@OP+15P9kHQo. 3500 views. Why? Because everybody likes a demoted executive and all the executives are afraid we’re talking about them.

At this point, who really cares? The executive shake up, is probably nothing more than a smoke screen for the investors. Remember, they have to keep the investors happy and not the employees. The COO came on board January of 2019, and its been downhill since. Mass layoffs, more frequent and bigger derailments, shop closures, customers leaving, and moral sinking to a level that I personally have never seen at any company before. I know this won't last forever. The only thing that scares me more than Covid-19, is who takes over when the CEO either resigns or is fired. Remember that it can go one of two ways. The next person can continue on this path or turn it around so the company can heal itself.

Everyone knows if someone gets demoted people are talking about them. They don’t need to go to a blog to know that. You’re one of the A-class geniuses.

What’s the point? It’s funny.

yes they would know if they were demoted but they wouldn’t know if we were talking about them without looking in the thread. We got some A class geniuses on here.

Cheers to demoted executives! Guess the two weeks at Harvard vocational school didn’t help.

@OP So? What's your point?

And no, there isn't a conspiracy between this (clunky) website and the UP executives. Unless someone posts a threat or personal information nobody cares what is said here.

They would know if it was them, dumb–s. You think they would demote someone and say, “let’s see if he notices”?
