After the announcement I wouldn't be surprised to see large scale changes in staffing before year end.

Cannot see much of the Encompass related changes for the most part until after the sale is finalized. They’d be in a tough spot if they let go of everyone and had to find replacements. It’s the kick many of us needed to get out the door, I would anticipate heavy attrition by late this year
Encompass claims employee here. We have not received any notifications beyond the meetings all of Allstate attended.
Im not hopeful. They could have invested a fraction of the $4B spent on Nat Gen to update our systems and products. It makes a very loud statement they were shopping and chose to move forward with the Nat Gen deal. Allstate is done with us.
It's fair, were not profitable. Claims and agency platform is an embarrassing dinosaur and our policy is too coverage rich for the price we get, but get on with it already.
