Verizon has been dieting for the last 10 years. Now they’re all about globalization and making upper management rich. Everyone left is running if not already ran off.
I just got off the call. 3 stores were closed in the territory. 19 stores are expected to reduce staffing. We have about 60 stores in the territory. Those effected are being offered to apply telesales, other retail stores or accept severance. It is a though day for a lot of people.
