What's happening with layoffs?

Do we know if they'll continue today or are we are done?

The latest JPMC will lay-off is early September. After that, you’re usually safe until the following Spring.

JPMC is constantly laying off. You are never safe. Always keep your resume updated and have an eye out for other roles. My role was eliminated four times in 12 years and I decided enough was enough and took a job outside the bank. They are making record profits but it's never enough for Jamie.

October is the latest they can give 45 days notice, and still have you gone in time to avoid paying the 401k match for that past year.

Hold on, I thought the layoff will be on September. Are you saying there is another one on October too ?

Look for another job and NOT with a multinational corporation.

We also have a lot of automations on some job functions. Perhaps this further contributes the layoff besides the pandemic
