Another message from Eric Brandt......AGAIN saying they are being transparent yet don’t give any real info. So tired of hearing “transparency “ and transformative growth.

How about cutting the 30+ million paid out to the top 4 “leaders”.
Love how they try to say how caring and committed they are to employees, the community, and are concerned racial tension etc etc etc.

Pump people full of the Allstate branding Kool-aid on how lucky WE are to be part of this amazing, generous, and loving company. We should be kissing their butts and be grateful to our amazing leaders/leadership. Seriously??!?

I can be in favor of US economy and still be sickened by BONUSES the execs get every year (not their salaries)! What do you need 15 million for for G sake? All of them could forgoe their greed to fund say a health care plan or offset expenses. Instead we workers in trenches busts asses to make those obscene numbers and that’s how we’re repaid : with layoffs. And quit saying this is an exciting time OMG there are HR sneaks and HO storytellers lurking are you so out of touch you don’t understand losing our jobs is not “exciting” it’s stress and sleepless nights! This company has worst HR department truly a bunch of id–ts who couldn’t cut it in a real job.

Brandt is clearly the most hated guy in the company right now... the new guy they bring in, who knows no one, and is solely a hatchet man
On this last call he said he was “thrilled” not “excited. He further said there will be reductions of jobs, but they have no idea yet which jobs are being reduced or eliminated. “Too many moving parts”. TW said in 6/11 call “we know what we are doing, we have done this before (referring to layoffs).
How about the guy (I think maybe Mark?) who said “meat on the bone” in Eric’s call last week.
I really do not believe they know what they are doing and it is becoming more evident every day.
Our new holiday (well overdue but never before discussed) came almost overnight. I think one of the ho story tellers (that is a real title for ho communications) came up with the out of office script. That was the clue this was a sham.
What kind of person do you have to be to see these are exciting times and we will do this thoughtfully during a nasty layoff set to take place? I don’t even think Satan could use these words
In the message he said if your job is deleted they will help you find another job. If your job is Redundant then you’ll Be judged on the assessment, reviews, and tenure , But no mention of them helping you find another job. So if you’re in the redundant category you’re just left in the wind?
No worries, our leaders came from Sears and Kmart.
They know how to run a good business and treat employees right.

Sickening. All I got out of that was that the people higher up in Allstate are making changes so their pockets grown, they may be able to lower premium costs (doubt it), they have no idea what they’re doing with layoffs, employees will receive support and possible job placement (which is bull), and they’ll keep everyone posted.
Let’s have our entire company panic about losing their jobs for 2 months and counting.. That will help with production.
Also, stop with the leadership principles. Winning together?? Stop, you’re only winning for yourself.. everyone else is losing. Way to stab us while you slap us.
