Macy's to turn into Kohl's.. I heard a lot of talk from corporate and upper management every since 2018 that Macy's was trying to make it self more like Kohl's.. which means this: You will have less associates and Hardly to no Managers. You will have a grocery style check out lane in front of store . so think about that? year after year cuts and more cuts.. they are gonna turn the stores into Kohl's. so now does it make sense to get rid of Visuals?, associates? sales supervisors? titles keep being changed every 6 months to 1 year.. so then you ask... what will separated Macy's from kohl s ? Macys is changing their minds every 5 seconds on which way to run.. the top brass know the ship is sinking and wanna lined their pockets with their c-appy stock with insider trading.. Caption Clown JG gets his buddies from around the world to say " Hey im involved with Macy's and the whole world is gonna listen " only to find it was just a stock scam to get it to hit 8 dollars and cash in on a 36 million dollar pay check. so you tell me how is that making the company better? Jg is riding it straight into the ground !.. and on that note... if you know Macy's will be a toilet version of Kohl's and you current position will prolly be cut in either next 3 months or Jan 2021.. Why bother to stay or even work hard? Just go in like the lazy stock kid and pretend to work a 7 hr shift by playing on your phone and spreading gossip... Macy's will be forgotten !

In some malls they also want to be like Nordstrom and Kohls simultaneously.
This was tested years again and it failed. Customers hated it and it looked cheap 👎
This has been going on for years and allegedly the reason the big merger happened within M. They were so busy being K they got lost in the ruble. Fast forward here it goes again
