Toxic work culture in MMBSI is forcing high performers to quit. Check turn over in last 5 years. My manager just told everyone that he hates Zoom locking up and that they need to upgrade their home WiFi on their own cost. Wanting to push products and raise prices.

Agree with this. Pushing product quotas that clients don't need. Bad management.
My depression has gotten worse after working here.
We saw it happen when they stoped paying for BB and reimbursing for data time.nothing new. They have a contingency plan, work from home, we pay for it.
