Doesn’t Icahn or anyone in C suite comprehend the domino effect that if customers aren’t happy, the shareholders won’t be. How stupid can you get.

When Ann Mulcahy left the feeling of Xerox being one big family united in a common cause of innovation, quality and customer satisfaction disappeared.

That all changed when they could outsource to Guatemala. Their Quentzal is 13¢ to the USD... Share holders maybe happy, but customers are suffering...

When exactly did the bean counters take over? I think this may be the stupidest post ever on a site full of stupid posts. Congrats!

It's very clear that once ICahn got his hooks into this company in 2018, that the employee was furthest thing from their mind. Nothing they do is to benefit the employee. It's not that hard to see.

Top XRX executives have had equity incentives since 1906. Employees are our greatest asset right up until the moment we cannot afford them. Why don’t any of you whiners understand that the company cannot afford to keep the level of employees we have? Revenue is less than half of what it was when Anne left. More id–ts here.

It was thrown out the window when the bean counters took over.
For the new “Tech Powerhouse” Xerox, employees are not assets, but liabilities that must be eliminated with much haste.
I’m surprised they haven’t started charging employees for the “privilege” of working for Xerox.

My opinion is, when we started incentivizing our top executives with stock market share bonus packages.

Any person who is a little greedy would do what they can to maximize their comp plan, including outsourcing and cutting key people to increase cash on hand and also increase the value of the stock.

Don’t work for a publicly traded company. The share holders are the most important asset to any publicly traded company.
