So sorry to hear about Optum Rx. Be grateful for the experience you received. I went through 2007 financial crisis and it took my previous employer who was also a payer one year to lay me off. So bottom line, yes....this pandemic will have a long last effect. It will affect everyone and every aspect of our economy.
That is really awful news.
Does anyone know if the dental provider division is affected by any of this?
Will there be layoffs soon for these dental departments at united health also.
I specifically need to know if those State verification forms like the ones
they have instituted in new york state where dental providers must submit a yearly
form in regard to any changes
are being affected in any way. Has there been a slowdown in forms being submitted.
Will there be layoffs due to a disruption in these dental places not being opened or that
have far few patients. I'm asking for someone I know.
Obviously they know what is going on. They just want to know what anyone else thinks or has first knowledge of this going on.
