I have no idea why the CFO is still here.

I heard he was only here to be the fall guy when the new CEO demonstrated his genius in fixing DXC.

But that date is long past now.

It is strange.

The CFO though was co-architect of the disaster the last CEO inflicted, I don't see why he is still here.

Sorry @1vas+15bVroMf but in what world was it a reasonably good Q4? Everything was worse and so bad they are making 500 people redundant in UK and another 4500 or 3.5% of company to come. If it was a good quarter or FY we'd all be getting bonuses and pay rises and not them postponing the pay review yet again.

what do I mean? stay tuned for next 3 months and you will see the following:

  • at least -20% in headcount (just due to the currently running "redeployments" & VRs), another at least 10% voluntary after the reorganization
  • spinoff of the huge part of DXC (WP&M+another parts, including PDXC), NewCo already in place
  • "NextGen" Platform X aka PDXC2.0 from the scratch and all of that BS around (btw. the same people engaged as it was for PDXC1.0, yes, that's very successful project where are no results after 3 years, DXC just funds it by milions)
  • another townhalls, where you will listen "you know, you know, I am talking to our customers, you know, and I get great responses and appreciations of our support, you know, we are supporting our people, our clients, you know, we are on the right journey to turnaround, you know)
  • another "new leaders" on the top levels who will consider themselves as those who know best what IT services need, even they have no clue how it works and what our clients really want but they will spend hours on meetings where their boss will be talking about his vision of successful organization but he has forgot real people are needed to do the work, not just talking about
  • massive clients runoffs, since we won't be able to deliver what we have signed off
  • share price will go down rapidly in next 3 months and maybe there will be nothing to report on the next earnings call
