Thankfully I received the VSP early and never truly worked for Oxy. Oxy's putrid name is nowhere to be found on my resume. On to much greener pastures. I feel for the LAPC folks who switched over to Oxy, and now have dead careers because of it. Best of luck.
Yes I'm completely embarrassed. I've worked too hard to have my resume tarnished. At the top of the resume I put "Anadarko Petroleum" then I use brackets (acquired by Oxy) to show that I did not choose this fate. Linkedin page is not changing either.
As an L-APCer, I refuse to put Oxy on my resume. I worked for Anadarko. I terminated from Anadarko. I want nothing to do with Oxy.
lol this entire thread is this sore loser talking to himself.
It’s embarrassing
I removed OXY from resume and LinkedIn and got the Job in 3 days.
I could not agree anymore. We are the joke of the industry after the “name your bid to leave” business.
There is a reason Oxy employees are called Oxymorons.
