It is so pitiful to see that at the same time IBM RA older employees they promote summits that just completed their rotation. Open discrimination.

This is why several departments are being dissolved. They are shipping the jobs to Costa Rica.
They are called Summits because that promotion is the best they are ever going to feel about working for IBM. After that, it's all downhill.
IBM calls summits kids that have just graduated from college. IBM hires them, they make older employees train them and after a while they RA the older employees in the most Cruel way. Why do I say cruel? A few days after the older employees have been RA the Chief Digital Officer VP Frank Luksic sends a newsletter congratulating the summits on their promotions. How do you think the employees that were just let go feel? You do not treat people this way.
