I worked at aetna and I would recommend avoiding applying to any of these facilities located in southern california area. If you are seeking another place to go to.
I was an account administrator for a long time at this place.
They honestly don't care and they complain on a constant basis.
The long term workers also will not help you and will try to bring you down, if you are new there.
I did not participate in this sort of humiliation of new employees and I found it horrendous.
So much so that it distracts from what you are trying to accomplish.
This is the only reason I decided to find something else.
Anyway, that is my advice to you all.
