you failed when you voluntarily signed over and joined Ats you got suc:’,kered by management you knew it was a terrible deal federal contractor what is that. You went from in house worker to a contractor. they gave you some lunch money and said don’t worry about it everything it is going to be the same.

Your a puppet like the union is for the company , no strike clause , how stupid and using contracts for one Depot in place of another depots contract . I was in a more formidable union then this . And the first mistake was signing the b—s— contract the first offered .
Should have went union as soon as JD sold the place by cover of night with a 230am email to everyone. The numbers are so small and sprinkled among a few depots that went, it does not even matter.
You need evil to fight evil. The unions are no longer powerful like in the beginning besides the little bit of power they have has save your job so don't just open your mouth and say things that you don't know. Look up facts
