Thread regarding SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. layoffs

Beggars can’t be choosers

As you may be aware, Universal and SEA have an agreement whereby each company’s Florida employees can access the other company’s Florida parks on a complimentary basis. There are various blackout dates during the year during busy times. The previously-announced blackout window for the summer of 2020 was June 13th to August 7th.

For this year only, we have agreed with Universal that both SEA and Universal will have expanded blackout windows this summer due to COVID19 capacity restrictions. From June 1st to September 7th, 2020, our team members will not be able to use their employee badge to gain complimentary access to Universal parks. Similarly, Universal employees will also not have access to our Florida parks during this time.

The regular program will resume on September 8, 2020.

Thanks for your understanding as we navigate this difficult time.

Ummmm wtf does this have to do "Beggars cant be choosers?"

I mean its kinda common sense that with restrictions there aren't going to be as many cross park sharing perks and largely, that does not matter.

Also is this just someones informative post or was this a copy/paste from something official?
