Ha ha ha invest in Aberdeen only a fool would.
You were saying this 5 years ago the last down turn and since then 40% of Aberdeen is bordered up, there are 6 times the propertys for sale at 35% less than 5 years ago and the rental market has gone back 20 years.
I would not but property in Aberdeen for 20% as dead money.

Only 4000 possible propertys to rent just now in Aberdeen at prices seen in 1980s and increasing becoming available by the day with the max exodus from Aberdeen and
Only 3500 other properties to buy in Aberdeen.
