The morale of the technicians left in the field is straight down the sh–ter. Everyone is stressed out and just want some relief. Please send in back up.

Just do a sh–ty job and don’t let it bother u til you get your pink slip. It will make u feel better. U will find something better eventually. Time to leave bro!

No one is looking out for us any longer, you need to realize this and be comfortable with it. What reputable company furloughs half of the only people fixing their faulty equipment? Did they think that will make us work harder?

Newsflash—it's not just the techs
Try having to get time sensitive work done with half the staff and reduced hours
Now because AR is down the sh–ter they want every dept to get involved with trying to get customers to pay, OMG!!!!!

The downfall of the tech started in 2005 when b—l ste——rg determined there were too many. No one has ever questioned that old geezers decision 15 yrs later here we are. No original thought at all on the company. Just a what’s in it for them.

The sad thing is Xerox Senior Management doesn’t care. Employee and Customer Satisfaction means zero now. All that matters is ensuring they Xerox Senior Management get their bonuses. That’s the driver for everything - ensuring the people furthest from the customer, are well compensated.
Sorry State of Affairs.
Try not to let it get to you. Your health is not worth it. I was once a CSE and know we always want to look after our customer but don’t get taken advantage of by Senior Management.
