Nobody trusts that the tire people will be able to properly clean the members car for the virus like the dealerships do. Too lazy.

Tires just needs to go away. The club's need more sales floor space for items that actually sell.

Profit margins would be even higher if management would just stop giving tires/batteries away all the time just so they don't have to deal with whiney members all the time, and actually take 5 minutes out of their time to see what the issue is. That's the biggest problem with tbc at my club, If my lead isn't there and management has to get involved, Might as well just give it away because that's what they are gonna do. We are still selling batteries left an right, hard to keep them in stock and cat 92 batteries and wipers are also really good profit for the company. And no I'm not saying all members don't deserve warranties but majority of them shouldn't be due to customer neglect on taking care of tires/batteries or issues with the vehicle.

Discount tires in and out under an hour. Sams Club you're lucky if you're there under 2 to 3 hours. No profit in that.

Northeast region opened 3 weeks ago,

Tires is still open company wide for warranty work, flat repairs. Always has been. States this right on the sams garage app.

To the person who said this.

Company is realizing that they are making more profit without tire service. Hard to compete with discount tire and their stellar equipment with plenty of staff and a lot more options for tires.

You are a tool, and obviously know nothing about the company, or anything about tbc.

The profit margins are huge in cat 97.

The average person spends 147.68 during a no charge service. Tbc average about 5,000 no charge services per year.

For some odd reason...concierge and Sam's Club ...just don't sound right together.
I hope the best thing happens for you and your dept..

It’d be a little hard for my club to open tires back up. That’s where we have our health screening area and the garage is where we keep our cafe tables, concierge stuff, and cart sanitizer.
