To advoid the Warn Act 81% of employees will keep their job. The other 28% will be let go tomorrow.
Other staff will be furloughed 2 week on 2 weeks off PTO cannot be used. Per legal you will not be able on the 2 week applied for unemployment. This is also to reduce costs against our unemployment insurance.
Health insurance policies will not have a company contributiondure the 2 week furloughed.
You will be expected to work at a moment's notice and cannot moonlight as this will be grounds for termination. Remember everyone is at will for employment.

These percentages can't be right. 81% and the other 28%? That is 109%
All departments.even finance maybe they will get the girl in finance and her manager that puts down 80 hours a week
Is this happening for Surface only? Any info on other areas?
