Evolving layoffs OPAS. I’m distraught. Very special colleagues, also high performing, laid off. Just given this info on conference call. My job is safe currently.
Laid off on 6/3/2020 from Optum OPAS. Heard 115 let go including physician advisors, team leads, and the top physician in the company. Bad day all around. :-(
Deep cuts in Optum Physician Advisors Solutions. 40-50% of the segments work force was either laid off or reassigned today. This includes the segment’s Vice President of Operations. Tough day today.
You should not name drop especially because you heard from a friend, who probably heard from a friend. You could have just said you heard there is a mass layoff. What if that man above is called out for this?
I just got word from a friend that Optum C&D is having layoffs the comment from Ryan Smith was "mass layoff". Now, idk if that is mass company wide or mass for our dept.
Layoffs in Optum360 as well this morning. I'm not sure how many people in our building were let go, but I know of at least two. Our mutual manager had a webEx meeting just now to advise before we heard it through the grapevine.
