$15 an hour is nothing! And Malwart/Sam's Corp hires people for that and less and you expect good work? You might if your management and team leads, ALL new how to hire and not hire only their buddies! I realize some are fair, but it is so rare anymore!

When you train someone you need to work side by side to show them you won't ask them to do anything you won't do yourself . Lead by example.
