Why is the ITC accelerated EOI percentage a “secret”? In his townhall, JG said it was 5% for all of TPS, but during BB’s ITC townhall this morning, the ITC HR rep would not share what percentage of ITC people chose EOI.

The 3x per week without extending the cap seems to target mid career folks. Doesn’t help the folks v been here longer and may consider it if they could benefit from the increased incentive to EOI.
It was 100 people....72: drop in the bucket. Hold on to your hats folks.
As usual, HR and managers will face the employees with a prepared speech, but would deliberately not cover with enough detail what most of us want to know. This lack of transparency and CYA attitude is demoralizing.
I’m not sure why she couldn’t tell us the numbers of accelerated EOI. It was 100 people.
IT is now the refuge of a substantial amount of SCM and business folks that are now adding bureaucracy to what is supposed to be Agile in the first place.

Hopefully NH will be included in the folks leaving the company soon.
Maybe HR Partner didn’t know, as usual for them.
ITC ROM will be on the high side trending to higher due to low EOI participation and cost cutting headwinds.
They were surprised by how few EOI they got in the pre-ROM round, and the total numbers to k–l just keeps rising, so they raised it to 3 weeks. Even with that I will be surprised if they get 5%. It is going to be bloody.
He did share ITC cuts would be on the upper end of 20% to 30%.
