Haha we literally get threatened if we don't do it. If we score any less than an 8 we get asked why?

Its only real purpose is to hurt you or your team. If your department / team, scores are low they will take action on what specific items or at least discuss it, and it used to affect your bonus pool as a group with vital signs. Not sure if that is the case anymore. No suggestions will ever be implemented unless it is a relatively easy thing to do for a company of 300,000 and doesn't involve permanently increasing the budget in any way. It is all mainly superficial at best and nobody that I know takes it seriously other than you need full participation for your area and the scores cannot be too bad.

Some wackos on this site. You guys are paranoid. Fill out the survey and be an exceptional employee like me. I’ve been here 2yrs climbing that ladder. Now follow my lead. The VPs will love you

How can anything be anonymous if they have “real time client” watch every single screen shot.

If it’s so unanimous then how come when I don’t do it, I get emails sent directly to me saying how I personally haven’t filled it out and please fill it out. I like the advice of don’t fill it out at all, b/c it totally doesn’t matter!

Team- it’s anonymous. Run by a third party. Don’t be paranoid over “big brother”- be honest and let’s work to make UHG great again. Thanks again to all teams pitching in working long shifts and weekends, keep it up. Great work and I’ll be back in on Tuesday after some time off that is much needed for me.

The survey does nothing. The team supervisor has somehow designated her friend as a co supervisor (although no such title/position exists) and we are expected to go through that friend for information. I noted that in my survey along with other examples of poor leadership during the last survey and this survey. I'm confident that nothing will change.

Hi everyone. I wanted to share I took the survey last week and ever since then it has been different. My manager pulls me into his office every 2-3 days for about 10-25 mins going over work I have worked on and pointing out mistakes. Most mistakes are from other departments yet he still says it is my responsibility to correct mistakes from other teams and ultimately falls under my fault.

I think the company knows I gave a bad score and is finding ways to retaliate without making it too obvious. The survey is not anonymous. If you that the company is bad or could be doing much better, it is your decision to be honest or tell them what they want to hear.

Im no longer with the company. I took the survey along with (9) other staff or so I was told later. I was honest. Everyone else was too. The results were bad. My boss at the time was very unhappy. Nothing changed at all. I realized however that the survey IS IN NO WAY ANONYMOUS.

You would be better off posting your comments on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Twitter or any social media. Maybe then the company would actually fix the culture.

I completed the survey today. I stated my honest, non bias opinion. I know survey is not anonymous and should I be terminated for my opinion, so-be-it.
