Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Oh yes, UHG should give a lot to the black community. Over the last 10 years how many black individuals where employed? How many in a supervisory role or above. How many were termed, part of a reduction in force, made complaints to HR about discrimination, filed EEOC complaints, actually filed a lawsuit. Where I worked there was one black woman in the entire building and she was termed in a reduction in force. Then there was additional new hires. New hires were not a person of color. Good grief. Give back. Give a lot.

Certain VPs are saving their cronies and their cronies are not minorities. Peter Principle in full effect throughout UHG. They can't even keep the narrative straight. The excuse of why my job was given to someone else was contradicted in a document in the layoff pack.

Hopefully George Floyd's daughter will not work for UHG, they'll lay her off unless she has the right VP connection.

UHG/Optum will continue looting minority communities through offshoring any hopes of American prosperity. Their war on the American economy has contributed to the crime riddled hellscape in Minneapolis and this token pittance from their coffers is a PR stunt to capitalize on the current hysteria and add value to the Goodwill line item on their capital assets balance sheet. While our leadership sheds crocodile tears in public, they laugh in private at the scandalous savings pocketed from the continued offshoring of labor from American communities.

Hey UHG, give us back our jobs, Kanye West is ponying up for Gianna Ford's tuition. Seriously, if we could have kept our jobs we could all have donated to her college fund.

Sadly the PR bandwagon is busy posting on LinkedIn the various causes they've donated to to deflect from the m—acre.
