The word is out all around Omaha people know what kinda company this is that’s why when they were trying to hire before PSR they had a hard time finding people willing to work for this company. They were offering 20k hiring bonuses for train crews and the ones they hired Most weren’t worth a $1.00.

Only thing he learned from covid19 is that he could shut three locations down and layoff more people and say it’s because of the virus, instead of taking responsibility for losing customers due to his Unified2020/PSR business strategy. He is a real piece of work just wish he’d pull the ripcord on his golden parachute and take vena with him, so the company can get back to real railroading and focus on what matters customers and employees not the one time investing stockholders.
Don’t see this as a racial thing. I see it as he is one of the have’s, and we are the many of have not’s. If any one of us were in his position we wouldn’t care either.
