Have any furloughed techs gotten a call to come back yet?

Furlough changed to RIF last October. Now have a great job elsewhere and not looking back.
No longer on furlough. Got a call telling me I am now terminated due to a reduction in force. Was on furlough for eight months. I guess all I can say is good riddance and happy trails ... I'm going to go ahead and retire and Xerox crash and burn.
Yes 3 have been call back out here , and All 3 have been out here than the rest of us still on Furlough. any News .????//
Can Anyone give an update from HR. It's been almost 3 Months and they have called back People that haven't been working for Xerox as long have some of us have.
I was furloughed in May and as I post this it is toward the end of July. Not a peep from XBS. My work vehicle has been parked in my driveway this whole time and it's presence gives me some piece of mind that I may be recalled. I figure either they will ask me to return it if I am let go, or I will use it when I get recalled. My wife and I were going over her discharge orders from the hospital with her doctor (she had been there 3 days due to a heart attack) and that is the exact moment I got the call from my manager that I was being furloughed. I am of retirement age but do not have the resources to retire, but as many older citizens my choices of employment are very limited. I hope I get recalled because after 25 years in the business I just cannot think of anything else I'm that good at.
Nope, was furloughed May 18th and told it may be for up to 3 months, haven’t heard anything yet but I’m ready to go back to work!!
Im in UK been off for 3 months already, no return date planned, Uk government will pay until end of october, so not expecting a return for a while yet...

Most likely you will get a letter from HR saying your furlough is now a layoff. I don't think management will call you.
I got a bill for my benefits but not a peep from management.
If Xerox does lay off Furloughed techs will we get 12 weeks pay ?

Not yet, possible 3 months. File for your unemployment the paychecks are not too shabby right now.
Keep in mind that we are still employed at xerox, and have job safety. Spoke to an work related attorney and he said you cannot be layed off, fired , irif'ed while on furlough. We have worker rights. Theres a lot of BS on this site, dont get p-ss-d off and quit, ride it out leave on your own terms.
I have not. I heard rumor it was going to be 3 months.
