What person in leadership is responsible for this denim atrocity? They think it fits where we are going. Fk them, make them wear Denim every day.

With the current situation I get to generally stand out in the heat for 7 hours in this wonderful attire..
Former employee here. I can’t tell you how often people would look at me crazy in the summer here in Texas, One restaurant owner always gave me a drink on the house when I would come in for lunch.
The uniform made be feel like I was in the movie Shawshank Redemption.
I too have been shamed and laughed at and felt bad for by customers.
I've never been openly made fun of by customers of mulitple demographics for a uniform before this denim and I've been working for over 20 years. Who are they asking when they say denim fits our image?
We signed a contract on them we are stuck with them
I don't really think blue jeans is that bad. Ironic yes but zoom is not secure and be will def see this integrated into a lot of our stuff in the future. Oh screw the denim shirts though I hate these outfits.
Why is this on layoffs.com? What does the uniform have to do with anything related to this website. Don't flood it with BS right now. Ss's are taking a 15k pay cut, you think I give f@*k about the uniforms?
