Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

RIF are they just for the non union members, or will union members be laid off too.

How much non union and union members be affected by cuts?

Let the leaks begin! After this is over my Honeywell stock should go up, and a great dividend pay out.

LOL

The union cuts are needed. The amount of waste that goes on during the day on the factory floor is completely disgusting. It’s sickening to see the pathetic work ethic and horrendous attitude/behavior/constant confrontational actions taken by the union on a daily basis. WASTE.

RIF's affect unions too. The only difference is the Reductions are done by Seniority, which management hates because the have to fire their lackeys first not last.

Agree. Unions are like a cancer. They eat the host from the inside out.

Honeywell only allows unions at locations that would be designated as superfund sites if we were to shut them down.

I agree. Unions ruin everything. There isn't anyone working worth more than $7.00 an hour or what ever minimum wage is. Everyone can live on 250 - 300 a week BEFORE taxes and insurance. Meanwhile your CEO is making what he deserves, 30-40 million a year.

Who cares? Unions are the reason for the RIF’s.
