Kevin H. released a statement last week recognizing the unacceptable actions members of our community as well as co-workers have or are currently experiencing. He went on to reaffirm a commitment to live by Sysco values and also creating a culture of diversity, inclusiveness and equality a top priority. I know that there are many departments and managers and even individuals within SYSCO that disagree with this, things have to change for the better. There is one department especially director on B3 that used the reduction in head count (lay-off) to eliminate all the people of color in his department who also all females. This is not right.
Kevin, please be a man of your word and not be silent about your fight against racism and discrimination. We all demand more and must do what we can to change things for the better.

So much for the restricted stock units they promised in lieu of compensation none vest if an employee has been separated ! Just another in humane trick .These guys are animals !
Lawsuits are coming!!! Sooner than later.
just plain liars. after reassuring students they'd hhave solid employment until September–the liars at sysco canned them all this week. June 15, 2020. liars.
There needs to be a class action lawsuit then
Racist people will never change, but we have to implement laws and rules to remove them!
Rev. Bill Lawson
Hopefully Kevin H will be a man of his word regarding this issue. National Sales and especially Trade Management (especially the Director) need to be called out as well as held accountable for their racist tactics that have gone on far too long.
Time for Change!!!!!!
they are not nice people , my wife and kids thank you for laying me off during one of the worst situations we ever faced
this was the same guy who said sysco had so much cash on hand then laid off how many ?
I couldn’t agree more. Sysco has illustrated that they are very behind in living the values they preach.
I cold heartley agree 1000%! They need to be held accountable and take action! The way the layoffs were done was down right dirty. It’s not just a coincidence either.
