no one has any answers or ideas of how things will work. I know theirs a lot of folks bad mouthing the change and the options and i do respect every ones opinions but at the end of the day does any one know if the ppl going to pt 32 from full time will be affected by this in the increase.

No one knows what's up with the increase but o e thing is for sure you really should not make a decision with out all the details.
To the person below me I think the OP was referring to whether your base pay increase is affected by whether you choose a full time or part time schedule. I heard you will get less of an increase hourly if you choose 24 or 32 but I really don’t know how accurate that is since Verizon hasn’t given anyone numbers yet.
Your base pay increase will go into effect and you’ll have 20% less at risk target.

It seems to me whether you stay 40 or go to 32 you will be pinch. Stay 40 prob going to get over worked to make up for partimers and the company might hate you for not stepping to 32. If you go to 32 u might have less stress but less money to. How much less that's the question on everyone's mind.
I have heard that it will be les abut I am also thinking of going to to 32 hours. So hard to make a decision without the numbers.
