Once I saw the difference from one year to another in the benefits, I knew it was all going straight to the dumpster. The federal Marketplace offers better health insurance than L3Harris for what you pay for.

Harris has brought the American Dream to L3! They've implemented a whole new level of corporate greed, and that's quickly turning into pay disputes and terrible morale. Freedoms fade day by day. Leadership's words are meaningless and we all know it. We are in the business of National Defense and recent treatment puts not only National Security at risk, but lives of American Soldiers. There's a reason the Defense Industry has always been taken care of. Harris doesn't realize that in the slightest.

Has anyone noticed all L3Harris recruiting and hiring efforts have resulted in hiring people who fit neatly into one (or more) of Harris' "inclusive" Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) comprised of millennial's, LGBTQ, BLM, etc., -yet overlook hiring people who have direct experience through having performed the job? Yesterday a co-worker gave me a little nugget on the background of a co-worker who just so happens to have an EXTENSIVE criminal record filled with assault and battery AND d–g history (which I fact checked). My guess this will result in the formation of yet ANOTHER ERG: L3Harris employees who have extensive criminal records and felonies. I was under the impression L3Harris was a defense contractor -not a halfway house. Did I miss something in the fine print?

L3 used to value us Army veterans who worked with the Army having experience learned from years of pounding dirt and knowing the programs we looked on, L3Harris is just looking for people with bogus degrees who have no idea how the programs work or any certifications to work on the programs.

Really ought to just resign. Go in the Army, everyone knows what rank each other is and can look up what they make. No more complaining and guaranty retirement after just 20 years! Anyone Not working now is just LAZY!
