DXC Technology- Thrive on Redundancy

As an employee of DXC for 5 years, i have heard all the same c-ap as before. The simple fact is that DXC will never prosper as the same management style is always adopted; Line our own pockets, squeeze whatever we can from the company for ourselves and who cares how many people we need to get rid of to do so. The greed is evident by the higher management team especially since they recently received $100,000 worth of shares each whilst Johnny IT gets binned off. Johnny has mouths to feed you say?i have a yacht to buy, stuff Johnny! The best thing to do is stop listening and responding to Salvino's c-ap, stop attending his pointless calls and hopefully then he see's that the number attending his town halls are rapidly declined just like his share price! lastly, whoever the woman is picking the questions for him to answer needs to get a grip of reality and start asking the questions we all want to know the answers to. Bottom line is that loyal staff are numbers only and nothing more, Salvino has said so himself "if you don't like it, leave" no, why don't you learn how to run a company properly and quit being the monopoly guy! and stop saying "You Know" and "Right" all the time and learn to speak properly!

Of course he is going to say "leave", that way it doesn't cost the company anything! That and he has absolutely nothing else to offer anyone while they are circling the drain. Management by intimidation will eventually fail. What a dumpster fire.

Do “just enough” to get redundancy. Why work hard?

DXC always been like this and in the previous incarnation CSC - regular WFR and loosing talent + experience out of the window.

Will it change ? you / Mike decides.

My only advice... Stay, work hard and wait for a redundancy package.
