Spoken like a true fascist...or is that Cisco HR? You know what? Bite me. Who died and made you the arbiter of "responsible comments"? You can stuff your elitest, woke attitude.
During the last several "check-ins", a few comments by viewers have resulted in certain measures being taken.
what kind of measures?
Anywhere from a discussion with a manager, HR or termination of employment, depending on the severity of the comments.
Yesterday's check-in mentioned that there was some training about Cisco's Conscious Culture where comments were classified as Green, Yellow, Orange or Red, from good to bad. Comments that were considered orange or red were discussed without naming names, but if you look at the prior chat logs, you can find out who it was. Those people were probably talked to, and the discussion documented in their HR personnel file.
One comment that was considered red was not discussed, but it was stated that upon talking with that employee they discovered additional things and that the employee was no longer with Cisco.
Someone made a comment in the chat at the start of yesterday's check-in that was widely considered offensive. Towards the end of the check-in, the offensive comments from the prior check-in were mentioned after describing what green, yellow, orange & red comments were.
After discussing the previous check-in's comments, one of the ELT asked another SVP to bring up any comments from the current session that were "red" and this person's comment was brought up. I'm betting he suddenly wished he'd not typed that comment and that he had a short conversation with his manager, or HR, a few hours after the Check-In. Looking in the CEC directory, that person's ID is no longer found.
