The march 1st thing was likely items purchased on net terms which means that they got stopped when everything else did because the net terms wasn't up yet.

SEA is being sued in California for $3M for the same thing. Its not like the company reputation can get hurt any worse. Its already seen buy everyone in the industry as embarrassing and really low integrity. Sad, sorry organization its become.

Two things from this article...

First in case people are not paying attention... they owed only 2.5 million not 25. Cant put the . in the link where the 2 and 5 are or the link will likely break.

Second.. it states that the liens started from march 1 to now.. which means even before we shuttered our doors we weren't paying bills on time. What a huge shock! Except.. not really.
