A few people called back which is nice we now have other to talk to other than our stupid GM. Its a paycheck for now.

Its the leadership that is worthless! They set the tone for employees to follow! Clearly this person has a manager who has set a very poor example for his employees. This employee is a reflection of his or her manager. Fault lies with the leaders! You all know which way sh– flows. This person is getting it from all angles. Why would they care of the people they report to don't.
Which just goes to show that hertz has worthless employees still running their operation. While many talented individuals were laid off.
Why would I leave if I can get paid to do nothing. Hardest part dealing with my manager. Other than that why not collect a check to hang out all day!
If you’re not happy, leave.
