I think we have a glass palace troll. Not a bad thing? Seriously? It's a 25% cut. It's on par for foreman at least for some others not much better than craft pay w/ some ot thrown in. And believe me we aren't getting covered by covid19 either. We just plain old sh– out of luck...

Don’t forget the less money you make at the RR the less you will get in retirement. The pay cuts we have all been taking over the years is going to screw is on the end as well
it's a bad thing because they're getting an unpaid week each month. that's not a vacation. just the first step to making more permanent cuts. the fact is if you aren't using this week every month to look for another job you are crazy.
I don’t get why people think this is a bad thing? They get a week off each month, some are still making more money than as a foreman. They can get paid for that week, due to C19. So seems like nothing but a week vacation every month.
Hearing its going to continue for remainder of year. In four month increments of course. Reduce your debt and be free of this place. These pay cuts will definitely help make it easier for a lot more of us to find employment outside of the rail industry.
No extension likely. Time to get a job.
