The 8k filling was a formality to announce the change in the board. Which is the norm. Where is this information on selling product lines coming from? Are you privy to information we aren't?
Is that the activist investors aim? Sell off the company? Seems a pretty bad time to sell with the industry in the toilet.
Better that way than liquidation I guess, at least the long suffering staff would get sort of a payout?
The sale is about to begin. Starting with well construction product lines and F&R. It is sad to see a once great company go down the toilet.
