Everything they sing, speak ,write , or report has always been total lies and b.s.
If the cut three jobs to settle another they’re even and four people are gone. It cost them nothing. Do the math youngster and learn.
They don’t know their own job. Which is why they fired someone in violation of eeoc laws. They’ll no doubt continue to issue statements about how much they value diversity while doing the exact opposite and more lawsuits will follow.
It’s not their job to know your job. That’s why you’re there. Plus they lay-off 3 people to pay the settlement. Easy peazy.
Union Pacific will never receive good publicity everything they do is bad...they manage by intimidation and that’s the only way they can because when it comes to knowing the job they are clueless
