I think that's only true in California. The Federal WARN trigger number is much higher.

Any idea how many members got affected for omcs/ACS.
On Tuesday June 16, an email was sent to 12 employees in the Markham, Ontario, Canada office, for a meeting which take place on Wednesday with manager in the US, all were let go, including myself.
The decision was unfortunate, but the timing is fatal, i don't think the economy will get better soon.
If you made it through this first phase get prepared for at least 1-2 more rounds.
Let go after 14 years with Oracle. Marketing org. Many people were affected today. This is just the beginning.. more likely to come.
Severance is what others have said. 4 weeks for the first year, with one week for each subsequent year.

Work in the GBU, one month for your first year, one week for every subsequent year. Access to the portal until 6/30, insurance ends then too.

True it's happening, no clue on last day or package details.
False....historically, all the previous years layoffs come on June 1 or 2 . If they aint happened by then it means u r safe until Q2.
TRUE for US. Notification emails will be sent tomorrow, June 17. With last “official” day end of June.
Depends where you are located but I thought it was usually on Thursdays.
