According to these posts, the supervisors/leads in Fine Jewelry aren’t going forward correct? What will happen with the Jewelry Clericals? They are needed to compete all the operational aspects of the Jewelry Complex including the heavy load of fulfillment orders, among everything else
“support-related” that they usually do to keep the department running smoothly.
Anyone have any facts about the jewelry structure?

I am currently managing the Fine Jewelry dept at my Macy's, and we hired a part time clerical 3 wks ago. We most certainly have a dedicated sales supervisor AND a lead as well-ithey are ALL going fwd. Any company wide rumor to the contrary is in error.
in previous years the FJ manager oversaw multiple other departments and there was no lead. they did have a clerical, which i would imagine will continue. woman’s shoes was the same - manager had that department as well as other FOB, i would imagine that would be another department where the structure will change as well.
