Lost Faith in CEO and Other Leaders

For those employees who have been with the organization for many years and have been through different CEOs, are you finding that you've lost faith in our current leaders?
I feel there has been a drastic change over the past few years since our current CEO took over.
Our business culture was at the front of everything we do. Now it exists, but no one cares about it.
How do employees go about a "no confidence" or similar vote? Do employees have any rights in a publicly traded company?

What happened to Sir Andrew Witty? Strange to leave and go to WHO when the US de-funded it.

Instead of laying people off to cut costs, they need to do is cut the CEO's salary.

Many, many employees who have been with the company for years, would agree with your observation. I have personally heard an executive say in a Townhall meeting "It doesn't have to be perfect, let me repeat that...it doesn't have to be perfect" Which does then impact the culture further and quality goes out the door. Their demise won't be quick but it will come if they change their culture from the top down.

UHG Has not been living to it’s culture the last few years. I’ve been with the company 15 years and it’s sad to see how far things have gone downhill so and there is not an end in sight

Its cut costs and then cut again. Nobody really cares anymore. But make sure you take diversity training so they can spout off socially how much they care..... about optics.

Our new culture seems to be cheap and fast. Quality has taken a backseat and we no longer seem to care about our employees or even the consumer experience.
