We are all just a number and they don’t care if you been with company a day or 50 yrs, whether you’re a valuable asset or not one at all. George’s moto of “People make the difference” has been long gone since JY took over. George would be disgusted with where his company has gone. I’ve been with the company since it was First Data Processing in downtown Milwaukee.

Actually they think of you as a resource. Each of which is equal in contribution, the only difference is how much you cost. Any time they can labor arbitrage you out for someone off the street or better yet spread your work to others and remove your position all together, they will. They will hand you your severance with a smile and the line, it’s just business. They just enjoy the firing process too much
