Allstate clearly knew about layoffs for several months. So someone has to know who is being let go.

Clearly people can’t share as morale and productivity is already down the drain with how everyone feels. Hopefully one of the people in the know become aware of this anonymous site.
Are we the only Profitable insurance company conducting major layoffs in this pandemic? How many billions more does Tom Wilson want ? I get it , we’re #4 now. Lots more jobs headed to India. Keep them in America Tom .
I'm in leadership and an "old timer"....I can assure you I have zero idea how this will play out. Anything on here is speculation. If my boss knows, they aren't saying. When I heard about the layoffs, I was just as stunned. Good luck to all
Even if someone in leadership reads all this, as if they care. They do not. It is already the worst place to work with so many people unhappy. A lot of old timers will realize that even though they have not moved on in skills, the outside world is very demanding now.
