Reading this BLOG for JPM I see staff harboring feelings of Age Discrimination. Something else company needs to address.

The younger staff takes its lead from management, making derogatory age remarks and no one says anything.
Surprised this blog has not been archived as the raciest blog.

Ageism is rampant at JPMC, with managers subtly asking how much longer you plan on working to comments about you not fully engaged and missing a step compared to previous years.
Employee lives matter !
This all changed the last 15 to 20 years ago. It moved from a company that spouted that its employees were the best assets any company would wish for.
I will admit I was like you believed the company would do right by its people who worked to make them a success until I overheard a manager use derogatory language about his staff and his use for them. And asked any manager who disagreed to pick up and resign, because he was the boss here. The bosses are the stockholders who are only interested in profits and not how employees are treated. The world no longer cares about the well being of its employees or the society the company is in until there is a matter so outrageous that it is blaring obvious that change is needed.
